"They took $142.00 off my bank card pretend like they couldn’t get $35.92 off my bank draft and end up with drawing $61.00 one month and when I call and ask about it they claim the bank overdraft fee was $25.00 and it wouldn’t happen for the next month and it did this time they withdrew $81.00 dollar out this time on going problem I need all my money refund to me asap they have not refund my money"

And when I called the office to express my frustrations, I was not met with any ownership of the issues, but blamed for them. Based on their very positive reviews, I have to think this was personal.
